Thank you Edwin and Josh. I would have to say 3rd time is a charm! Power4ward was the third company we got quotes from and I have to say these guys saved us thousands of dollars and are amazing to work with.

Very competitive in price , I was told I would get reimbursed for payments until the system was up and running and up until this month no return responses and they haven’t kept their word. Not sure what to do at this point.

One year from installation and still not up and running, no one returns my calls or emails. Paying for solar panels that are not working.

Edwin was very friendly while assisting me with my solar. I started project 12/2022. It has been 9 months and the installation is still incomplete. Every time I talked with Lee he keeps saying it's 100% done just needs final inspection (for 6 months). I asked to blackout of contract since still not installed, Lee and Neco Ameen both said no. They also don't know when it would be finished.

DEFINITELY would NOT reccomend, and know Neco Ameen refuses to respond

I purchased a solar system unit from Power4ward wished I never would have. They initially installed the system without even having the proper permits. I had to work with the city to draw out plans for the permits. The install was not done to code and had to have 3 seperate inspections done prior to getting the system approved. That process took over 6 months. Then once the approval was granted and operational, the unit was only reading 5 panels out of 24. i tried contacting them but they kept giving me the run-around saying they will help but never actually assisted. I had to file a claim with my loan company to have this issue resolved by another company. The only thing left was to have my system mapped so see how much electricity each panel was producing. I contacted Power4ward to have them do it since they were the initial installers but they were not answering my phone calls. i had to pay 1200 to another company to have them done and when I mentioned it to Neeco at Power4ward, he said I would get reimbursed. This was in January and I have yet to receive any compensation. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I was finally able to save up enough money to go solar and these guys were awesome. I originally spoke with Neco and he walked me through the entire process and was incredibly friendly. His guys came out to install and they were super respectful and clean. If anyone is thinking about solar, give Power 4Ward a call!!

I'd give them a zero stars at this point. I'm so frustrated with the business. We've been fighting with this business for over a year maybe longer and our solar still isn't up and running. It's sad because they started up ok. Then they declined rapidly. When our breaker box was moved we lost outlets that were never fixed. Then to boot we still don't have our solar hooked up and all we supposedly need is a meter. The guy they sent me to is ignoring any and all text or phone calls. When all we want is our solar to be finished and our outlets repaired. Is that really to much to ask for. We have been paying for something we aren't even able to use. If they come out and fix what needs to be fixed immediately and stop ignoring us then I'll come back and give them a higher star rating.

These guys are honestly fantastic. They got my solar up and running in about 16 days after signing up. Process was smooth and simple. Neco helped my wife and I along the process. Good deal too definitely recommend.
