MB Building Corp. Was GREAT to work with. They saved me from having dead solar panels on my roof. I was originally dealing with another company that went out of business leaving my panels in operable. One call to MB Building Corp. they came out assessed the issue and got my panels properly installed, permitted and Operating. Matt was extremely professional and awesome to work with as he kept me informed throughout the process. I don’t usually post things like this but this team deserves recognition. After doing extensive research on solar and getting quotes from several leading companies that all wanted to install a system 3X the size that I needed, I contact Seth at MB Building corp.

Seth listened closely to my objectives for the solar system and addressed all of my concerns during the project planning phase. Together we designed a system that was appropriately sized for my needs. All other leading competitors wanted to install a system at least a 4kw system. Seth had no problem designing a 2kw system with (5) 400 watt panels. Seth was very knowledgable about solar, inverters, battery backup, and construction generally.

During the installation Seth kept me updated regularly on the progress on installation, and I paid in three installments as the work progressed. My system is now up and running and without any batteries defers 50% of my utility bill.

Knowing what you want from a contractor is a big part of getting the outcome you want. The other part is finding an honest contractor who is straightforward and does quality work.

Seth exceeded my expectations for a contractor at every stage in the process. I plan on using MB Building Corp in the future to install battery storage. Seth saved me several thousand dollars by being a local quality contractor. I would advise anyone considering getting solar to contact Seth instead of going with “big name” solar installers.

MB Building Corp recently installed the solar system on our house. From the point of first contact all the way to the end of the project Seth and his team were extremely easy to work with. I asked for some non typical details with my installation and Seth and his team accommodated my requests without hesitation. Best decision was going with MB Building Corp for our solar. When we originally were in the market we reached out to MB and Seth was very honest and let us know it wouldn't benefit us at that time because we didn't use enough energy. Most companies only care about making a sale, but this was the first company who seemed to actually care about their potential customers best interests.
Fast forward a couple months and we had multiple people come to our door from other solar companies, trying to sell us solar. Reached back out to MB and it was the best decision we made. Seth and his group did a wonderful job for us. Install, commissioning and inspection took just two days. All were prompt, courteous and professional.
