My experience at Winsupply was nothing short of a masterclass in customer service. I came in looking to purchase a replacement of my existing tankless water heater and Alex informed me that If I upgraded to a slightly more expensive and energy efficient tankless that I was eligible for a $1000 rebate from SoCalGas. I ended up saving $700 by getting an even better machine. Alex was super thorough in showing me how to navigate the rebate process through SoCalGas as well. I'm usually very wary of being upsold when I walk into a store but Alex was knowledgable, courteous, and helpful in explaining the differences between the machines. I could clearly tell he cares about his customers and was not solely out to make a profit.
