Ive been debating solar for awhile to see if the e benefits are really there. I happened to be home at the time when a sales rep of panasun knocked on my door. They explained to me how cost effective solar is as well that it’s not as complicated a process I initially thought. The team only took two days to install after everything had been approved and confirmed and then it was done. Very impressed.

I am very disappointed with the service from this solar company. We signed a contract in May, and while the installation of the panels was done quickly, I understand that we need to wait for government inspections and approvals. However, every time I reached out for updates, the person in charge gave me vague and evasive answers.

Before the installation, their sales team promised to upgrade my home’s insulation and replace the indoor lighting with energy-efficient bulbs, but they never followed through on this or even communicated with me about it. Instead, I mysteriously received a check in the mail with no explanation.

At this point, I have no idea when the solar system will be inspected or when I can officially start using it. The whole point of getting solar panels was to save on my electric bill each month, but their poor service has left me frustrated and in the dark. Very disappointing experience.
