Be careful not to place twelve pack sodas on the angry older Black lady clerks’ cashier belt. Got my ears blown out yesterday for it. Not a pleasant experience.

Large supermarket, lots of goods for customers to choose from. Food is available both fresh and frozen. Especially, Smart and Final offers party items such as plates, bowls, cups, ... and even food containers. However, the location of the supermarket does not like it because there are a lot of "people wandering around" and the outside parking lot is not clean.

Five years ago, because I couldn't buy toilet paper, a friend recommended me to smarfinal. I started using the single-ply tissue paper, which was very useful. I kept buying there until this time. The paper quality was different from before and was very poor. I asked for a return, but because I didn't have a receipt, the waiter said it couldn't be returned. I just left the paper and left. Four years ago, I opened a restaurant. For all my alcohol, drinks, takeout, disposable cups, sugar, and some fruits and vegetables, I would go to smarfinsl once a week. But after this time, I will never go there again. They are not wrong, but this is the only time I have returned something in five years, and I have seen the service of this supermarket clearly!two years befor. I give 5start. today I change it！and say goodby！

The cashier who rung me up seemed pretty much rude, Stephanie. I've gotten very tired of employees who don't feel like being at work, don't take it out at me, that's between her and her boss NOT ME!! Keep attitude to yourself!! DON'T NEED IT!! Customers are what keeps businesses going, that's how that works!! 8/15/2024, 7 months later for a response, my goodness.

The restroom is not that bad, I don't know why they keep an out of order sign up all the time. Toilet flushes great.

I was in line for about 15 minutes only to have the lady who checked out two people before me come back because her food card wasn’t used she used her credit card and jumped in front of me expecting resolution. The cashier didn’t handle it well and started helping her ignoring me and my son. I left the groceries on the line and left how rude and unacceptable service especially when it was her error and she could stand back in line and the cashier should have asked her to wait! Calling a manager, having to refund her then re-ring everything up again and making everyone behind me wait on top of it was so disgusting rude as if my time is not valuable and I was expected to wait didn’t even ask if I could wait!
Management should review this process if they don’t want bad reviews and to lose loyal customers because their cashiers can’t handle situation like these, I wasted 45 minutes time shopping 15 min in line and still left because it’s the principal of the matter!

Outside can be little sketchy but store is nice. Larger than the EG location and layout is good. This store had 10/12 things on my list. Was able to checkout with ease. The cart did lick and alarm sounded as I exited but cashier was quick to help.
