As you can tell from all the other bad reviews these people are not very willing to help and seem to not have a single care about who they are dealing with. we asked for our gas to be turned back on friday because our house is being fumigated today through thursday and they said the best the can do is monday. That is unacceptable. we have a 7 week old baby staying here and not having heating/ hot water is not an option. Christina was the person we dealt with and she couldn’t have cared less about a single word we had to say. I don’t like doing this but this is unacceptable. I hope the next person doesn’t have this problem.

It’s ridiculous to have to pay a security deposit for gas!!! If I fall short on payment then give an interest amount not a 175 security deposit. And then it was passed by city hall for the gas company to do so that’s literally ridiculous. so not only after paying a security deposit and first and maybe a prorate I have to now pay for security deposits to renters insurance and the gas and trash bullshit!!!! When is the next city hall meeting

Very disappointed by how the gas turn on appointment is scheduled. It’s a four hour window without any more precise information when the service technician will be there. Instead of sitting around for that time I decided to work on the garage because moving to a new place means you have a lot of work to do! The technician didn’t even check around the corner where the garage is at but left immediately. Trying to call a few minutes later and scheduling another appointment was impossible due to long wait times. After 38minutes waiting on the line I was told that it will take another 5 days to get gas/hot water. Explaining that there is some urgency because we have a baby was met with complete disinterest and didn’t get any more help from the supervisor.

I was in and out in about 10min, it was my first time not paying my bill online. They have a check-in kiosk like the Social security administration. And the monitors showing the numbers being helped/called. They may not be answering phones but there were alot of people in there on computers.

Got my service set up great and the tech was very friendly and responsive, but now it's a month later and I'm trying to figure out why I haven't received a bill yet and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. They've added a message about the high cost of gas that just keep repeating, then I got hung up on after waiting for 20 minutes on hold. Is this a scam or what? I'm gonna get disconnected for non-payment then have to pay another reconnection fee. Absolute horse $h!t.

Awful. A complete scam. This company makes me disappointed in humanity. I’m enrolled in auto-pay, which is shown on my account. And yet the payments do not go through automatically, AND I’m not notified of any attempt. I just got a “delinquent bill” for said charge that was supposed to be paid automatically. I ended up paying it manually the day after it was due, since the auto-pay didn’t work. I don’t know how I got a delinquent bill. I also haven’t used hay heat at all this entire month and they charged me $100 for gas alone. I’m disgusted by this inhumane level of negligence.

Called when I moved to LB to get gas services on Jan 20th. We didn't use gas that month due to the stupid price but now that is gone down a bit, we decided to use the stove only for it not to start.

Had a tech inspect the stove and confirm that it's not getting gas. The gas company sent out a tech today (2/17/23) to confirm the appliance tech's findings. They were correct but the tech said it needed to be turned on at the meter and he couldn't help us.

So now we have to schedule a third appointment. Not sure why the gas wasn't turned on when I called for services originally, but they didn't hesitate to demand their deposit and turn-on fees that totalled to $140. 🤔
