I had a solar system installed by Blue Bright Solar in Rocklin, California, last year, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After more than a year, I am still paying both the solar installment and a significant amount to PG&E. I recently received a true-up bill of $3,800 from PG&E, which I find unacceptable given the supposed benefits of having a solar system.

I've tried reaching out to Raj Singh numerous times, but he either doesn't answer or fails to return my calls. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite their promises, Blue Bright Solar has not installed the car charger that was supposed to come with the system. They initially said it was on backorder, but after six months to a year, they still haven't provided any updates or solutions.

Overall, my experience with Blue Bright Solar has been terrible. The service is poor, the communication is non-existent, and I am left paying hefty energy bills despite the solar installation. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had solar installed in February. They had told me I would get 30% tax credit but I have not received anything what so ever. I also haven’t received any type of paperwork. I’ve called numerous times and still no response. Also I’ve texted a lot of times and nothing still. When I had to sign up they were responding fast and immediately. They told me I would get a bonus if I sign up with them but nope. Definitely I don’t recommend this company. Tesla solar is better.

Worst after-installation customer service. They falsely claim to be a trustworthy Californian corporation. By running advertisements on Punjabi radio, they specifically target the Indian Punjabi community. Raj doesn't care what happened since he stops taking your calls. He learned what had happened when I called. He is aware that they are supposed to handle it. He stopped responding to my calls, texts, and voicemails.

Worst customer service after installation. They advertise California's honest company but not true. They specially target indian Punjabi community by advertising on Punjabi radio. Raj blocks your calls so he doesn't care what happened. Their installers damaged my roof. When I called he got information about what happened. He knows they suppose to take care of it. He stopped answering my calls texts & voice messages.

Very bad service, they never return and answer your calls , but when you signup paperwork something deferent, i got solar system from them but i try to contact for paperwork and Tax credit Form guy never answer my calls.
Please stay away from them and don’t get any work done from them.
