After 10 yrs being customer one Time late payment due to not getting paper bill they disconnected my service. It's Friday and won't be reconnect till Monday. 😠freezing....weather is around 50 ° F and they don't care.

30 minutes on hold, disconnected without a call back. Company did not show within the schedule 4 hour time block, then once I called for an update they were unable to provide any estimate on time of arrival other than some time today. Very disrespectful of customers time.

Southern California Gas Company is a monopoly. They hold your gas hostage. I will have to wait two weeks for my services to be turned on due to the technician that came out today not being able to follow written instructions. 15 days without heat or hot water because of their incompetence. This is unacceptable.
