Where do I even begin. Oh let’s start with the harassment I dealt with first of all and then guess what they got paid. So January 10th of 2022 I shut my water off and moved to another state. A year. And half later I get a bill from collections saying I owe them a final bill. Well let’s just say I never received a new bill via email or mail and if I did then guess what!! I have to money to pay it I’m not broke. Hence why the bill is paid now after being harassed by a number of people at city of Garden Grove water department. It was only 137$ owed to you and you could have sent me the bill and had it paid but instead you went the other way! Your department is fraudulent you are all scam artists and don’t deserve to sit behind that desk. Angela please don’t send me anything else I paid the bill in full. My attorney has been contacted and as I mentioned that in my email. Stephen and Angela should be fired from their duties! Poor management and terrible customer service
