We had a wonderful experience to say the least! They have very nice people that work for them, Savannah in the office is a delight! She kept us updated the whole time while our windows were being made and answered all my questions. The scheduling was fantastic & installation was easy and fast (I think his name was Dan, very nice) ! They were very clean and did a fantastic job. We had to have stucco work done and it was scheduled and done in 3 days, I was really blown away by the work, our home isn’t new and the stucco guys matched the brick perfectly I was speechless really and it brought tears to my eyes. Austin has been very attentive as well with our job. I HIGHLY recommend.

OMG when we decided to change our windows after the last hurricane after a good research we noticed this was going to be a hard task simply because there is so many companies and when you search for reviews they are not very good. This company made this process very easy. They keep me informed on every step of the process there sales person was amazing bringing examples of the windows and explaining the advantages of each windows also they were able to get me a very good financing with great interest after that they even contacted my HOA to get the proper permits and follow up with them to get the approval on time thanks Savanna for that ?. Also on everything from windows measurements ,time frame for completion on building the windows and the installation was on point. I even have the pleasure to talk to there owners Erick and Saesha they even call me to follow up with me on the installation and everything else. There crew is amazing very clean, on time and very profesional they finish a 2 story house 15 windows and 2 sliding doors in 3 day mind you not able to work 2 of those days full day’s because of the rain. If no rain I am pretty sure they will have finished in 2. Great company, excellent customer service will definitely recommend then for your window project. Thanks Coastal Green Energy

I highly recommend Coastal Green Energy Solutions - an amazing company! They made the order and installation of hurricane windows so simple. They handled EVERYTHING!

Saesha North, an owner of the business came to my home and provided a lot of information about hurricane windows and their benefits. It was obvious she was an expert in her field. She was very personable and not at all "pushy". She went through my house, measured all the windows and then explained the pricing (and availability of financing options if needed). She suggested the windows which should receive priority replacement. Those windows included sliding glass doors but due to the height of them the cost was prohibitive. She recommended Kevlar Hurricane Shields (not shutters). And that's what we did. We chose the shields for the sliding glass doors and the hurricane windows for for the windows at most risk.

Permit applications to the HOA and County Building Department were submitted by the company (not me). Rick, a very nice man came out to precisely measure the windows and sliding glass door openings for the shields. The shields and windows were ordered. Whenever I had a question about the anticipated delivery I spoke to Rachel in the office who was always available, cheerful and willing to answer all questions. It took a total of 3 months from order date to installation date.

Daniel and his crew installed the windows. They worked quickly under intense heat and humidity, taking care not to leave a mess.

The next day the company arranged for the building inspector to come out. He approved the work and a day later Chad came to the house and completed the trim work (which could not be done until after the building inspection was completed). Chad even washed the new windows inside and outside!

In summary EVERYTHING worked as it should...like clockwork...with EVERYONE at Coastal Green Energy Solutions so nice, no stress on my part and minimal cleanup. How often does that happen?

It was such a great experience I decided to replace the rest of my windows as well...using of course...Coastal Green Energy Solutions.

We signed a contract with the company on May 15th and paid a 50% deposit to have our windows and sliding doors ordered and installed. Initially, we were impressed by the company owner, Saesha North, and her father, who came to measure the windows. However, after that, communication via email, text messages, and phone calls gradually deteriorated. By the time the windows were supposed to be ready and the installation date needed to be scheduled, the company's office phone was disconnected, and the owner began screening our calls on her cell phone. We received no replies to our emails either. At this point, we realized we had been defrauded. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are proceeding with legal action.

This company was doing work on a condo within the complex I live in. Being on the violation committee of our condo association, I received a call that the company was blocking the exit for all of the condos in the middle strip of the complex. I went outside and asked the worker if he could move his truck, because I could obviously see the cherry picker was needed there as they were doing a 3rd floor condo. The worker was extremely rude, and told me no, he wouldn't move the truck because he didn't want people driving by his expensive machinery (I'm assuming that meant the cherry picker). I informed him that it was against fire code to be blocking any of the thru streets, which he didn't care about either. Even after telling him we may have the vehicle towed, as he is parked right in front of the tow signs, but that didn't seem to matter either. This company continued right along with what they were doing, not worrying at all about blocking the street for anyone else. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend having them do any work for you or your business.

I've attached a photo to show I am not by any means exaggerating... No cars could for through with his trucks on both sides, which was his goal. The Amazon prime truck seen in the photo had to back all the way down a one way to exit through the back.

My home was burglarized and currently have no windows since they are all boarded up to hinder access. I was thrilled when I learned of Coastal Green’s company to help replace all of the windows in my home. They were communicative, very kind, and eager to get a staffer out for measurements and contract signing in February. Their staff was great about following up for any questions and information needed. They were understanding to my situation and committed to helping with this urgent situation. It’s now the end of May and I cannot reach anyone from their team by phone; the office phone rings once and says “you’ve reached them after business hours” no matter what time of day you call. The windows were supposed to be delivered and installed in March because my home has been untenable since January and I am supposed to move back in in 7 days. I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in their services and will not recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements.

Wonderful crew, Rob, Daniel, Marcus, and Rob (2) were polite, and professional. The installation of our new windows went smoothly and much quicker than I had anticipated. We will highly recommend this company. The photo depicts only one of ten areas replaced.

This Outfit Rocks! I spoke for several hours to many of the local big box window companies with beautiful brochures, nice company shirts, slick pitches, etc. before I spoke with Saesha at CGES. She is the real deal...a straight shooter who has been in the industry for a minute or two and has worked for several of the companies I had spoken with. She, and their entire process was a breath of fresh air! They have built a better mouse trap and do it better, fast, higher quality and at an exceptional price than the competition. Talk to them or someone who has used them.
