Solcium was the contractor who installed my system and they were exemplary. The installation was great, and they were quick, I have worked for other companies and none of them have even come close to their installation turnaround time. They were on the ball for getting it completed with the city and with Duke. They sent out their technician to go over how to read the monitoring app, and our bills and recovered all the information that was given at the point of sale with Happy Energy Solar. It aligned perfectly with what we were sold and the monitoring and bills show that we are even producing above our anticipated target. I truly couldn't be more thankful for going solar with them. 5-Stars. Absolutely a top-notch experience.

Diana and Marco were my reps and they were amazing. I was hesitant about going solar but when they came out to explain everything, it was a conversation and the education was top-notch. They made sure we knew everything, it was broken down so that we could understand and digest all that information. Karla from the office was amazing, she was sweet and to the point providing updates. She was professional and always addressed me as "sir." The install team was 1000% recommended. They were amazing. They would always ask about going in the backyard, ask about coming in the house, provide updates every hour, and are very professional. I can't get over the amount of education they provided us and knowledge is power. It was a great experience from start to finish.

This kind young man, Terrance came to my door and was so knowledgeable that I set up an appointment to hear more. My Duke Energy bill was so high in the Summer 2023, I didn't know how I was going to pay it. I had to look for solutions. When Sally came to see me for the appointment, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And she could show me in black and white. I am so happy with my Solar and it will save me more each year. The entire staff has been outstanding. Do something about that outrageous electric bill now. Just listen to what they have to say

They have exceeded my expectations in every way. they have showed up on time and even adjusted their schedule when i forgot about an appointment. will recommend Solcium to anyone wanting to pursue Solar, and the 30yr warranty is the best of any company i researched. 5 stars

We weren't interested in solar at all. Solar Sally came to the door. She was super pleasant and after listening to her spiel we decided to go for it. From the sales rep to the installers to Sebastian, everything went extremely smoothly. Its only been installed a month so I can't give you any feedback on reliability, but more will come!

A guy came to the door one day and asked about an electric bill and I asked a guy to come out later because I was leaving for work. Marco explained everything about the system and I signed up the same day. He's been really helpful, every time I had a question he would get back to me. He came back and brought food not too long ago for me. He was always very easy to reach. In my old house, I was paying $350 and now I am paying $300 in my new one but every year it increases and I wanted to avoid that inflation. The loan is $207 + $30 for the meter and it's still cheaper than the $300 I'm paying now, after the loan is over it's only $30 for the meter. I got full coverage for 30 years on parts, labor, and the power production guarantee. I didn't go solar in the past because I heard about bad experiences with other companies but didn't have that experience at all. The installation went pretty well. They did a great job, they were nice, no problems at all. The office team was really good because they replied very fast. Every time I text they reply super quickly within minutes whereas in other companies it's at least a day or two. They were always nice and professional.

Solcium Solar provided a detailed description of the install and what to expect as time progresses. To date (2 years) everything mentioned by Michelle was 100% accurate, they started the install on time and finished ahead of schedule. All the values (cost, production etc) told to us during the sales process were accurate and no upselling. I would highly recommend Solcium Solar to anyone considering it.
