Extremely Disappointing Service

I strongly advise caution before engaging with this vendor.

The lack of communication and action has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. We are left with incomplete work and are deeply concerned about the vendor's ability to deliver on their promises of structural stability and 5 years of maintenance support.

This experience has been not only inconvenient but also humiliating.
