After the 8months,I revise my review to all of you about this firm.
With due to repect to all customers and client connected with the galaxy solar, I m going to inform you that this firm literally mentally harassing me and now after 11months on 23rd Jan 2025 they are completing the project as lastly I called you their company head Mr.Chatterjee. In the mid period I call them continuously and even visit to their office but this two busy person i.e Mr.Mahesh and Mr. Jayesh not a single time coordinate me.
When I m going file a complaint against them but upto end of Jan,they complete the project. So I stop to do that step. Now, come to my house for 50% pending amount. At this time,i strictly obey to not pay the complete payment as due to their faulty employee,I paid the bill upto 1lakh.
I send them a letter with my all points and I also show you that letter.
I also give them 2nd Option,if they want payment from me then prepared a complete video of this to persons.
Now, today I inform you about this because when I admitted in hospital due to operation and I already inform them about this,even though without intimating me and my wife,they come to my house and stop the solar.

Very bad service. BIG FRAUD. Took 30,000 Rupees advance and still delaying the service since months. Keeps cell phone switched off. Even the boss is not picking calls. Horrible.
