Signed contract in back in Nov. 2022 !!!! Its February of 2024 and they are still unwilling to release approx. $35,000 owed to us for final portion of project as per the contract. Have spoken with Grace and COO Garry and have been given various absurd excuses as to why they refuse to finish final project. We have been making payments on full loan amount of $100K for approx. 10 months now. Emailed CEO Michael and have not received a response. COO Garry refuses to return phone calls made to cell phone and no business phone as of today is currently in service. Don't get defrauded like us, DYOR and good luck !!!!

The Indow Window Acoustic inserts I purchased from Mike have been a lifesaver! We bought a new house in October without realizing that our new neighbors can get pretty rowdy out around their pool. Unfortunately, our master bedroom is pretty close to the action and we needed to quiet it down quickly. Mike recommended the acoustic product for our situation, came and expertly laser measured all of our windows, and then installed a set that were custom built in the USA specifically for our home! Since getting them installed, the noise has DRASTICALLY been reduced. Mike gave us our sanity back!
