I can't say enough good things about this company and it's people. We had our AC die and in Florida that is pretty bad news. We shopped for estimates and correct diagnosis and were lied to by the popular AC company who were trying to sell us a new unit without actually checking to see if that would solve the issue. Prime sent over a technician on a Saturday and showed me where the problem was, provided solutions and was significantly more competitive in the pricing offered. I probably still could have found something cheaper, but they won my trust and the job was done well, on the day that they committed to, and by very courteous and respectful workers. Thank you for a job well done . We are enjoying our new AC.

Ibrahim at Prime Green Solutions was great. He came to our home shortly after reaching out to him. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the problem with our solar system. This was different than what was felt to be the problem from the micro inverter manufacturer. Within 2 hours, he had our system up and running again. He also found a few things that were not set up correctly when we had our system installed several years ago. I would fully recommend using Prime Green for solar system issues.

Ibrahim and the team at Prime Green Solutions was gracious in taking over the monitoring and service of my system after VisionSolar filed for bankruptcy and left myself and thousands of other customers high and dry. I recently found out that my system inverter experienced an internal problem causing it to not produce any power, essentially making my system worthless. They replaced the inverter under warranty and recommended I install a second inverter as my system wasn’t the right size for the panels that were installed. Originally the system is a 11.47kWh and the inverter was a 7.6kWh. I now have the appropriate sized inverters for my system and they just finished the repair and new install. They have been very professional throughout the process and I am pleased with their service. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone who asks questions about my experience. I look forward to seeing great results from my system over the coming months

I recently worked with Prime Green Solutions and couldn't be happier with their service. They offered a price $20,000 lower than the next lowest quote for the the system size I needed. They even bundled a mini split unit in the deal at a great price! They used high-quality 420W REC panels and IQ8PLUS micro inverters. (I did a bit of research before embarking on my solar journey and found that those were the best in terms of efficiency and reliability)

What impressed me most though, was their efficiency: they finished the job in just 3 days, while other companies estimated at least a week to 10 days. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing.
