Due to health issues and a car accident which i totaled my car. I was given a notice on my door that west coast has was going to turn off my gas for $37 they added a late fee and the person put the notice on my door and ran. I called and the woman was rude and sarcastic. Horrible customer service would not let me talk to manager or waive the late fee! Been here since 2002 in the same house never have been treated like this.

I've had nothing but the greatest experience with West Coast Gas for the past 10+ years. Great folks. I can always call in and get answers to my questions. Yes .. I know .. power prices are up but they're up for everybody. Those costs don't get marked up by WCG. (I think PG&E may want to take note).

Unacceptable customer service and communication. To not notify or work with customers after tripling the rate. Just an excuse of, gas prices went up. Their lack of negotiating reasonable rates from their suppliers should not be the customers fault. If PG&E is doing better than you, there is a problem.

Terrible, raised rates 3x in one month with out advising it’s clients!!! We used 4 therms more than last year but our bill has 3x’ed this month! Time to look into all electric and solar options.. good job on pricing yourself out of a job or company soon!

West Coast Gas are a group of pirates that are throttling rates for natural gas to the tune of over 700.00 for one months service. We need to get the CPUC on this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
