I purchased $18.24 from Klundt Oil on October 1st around 12:34am and woke up to a charge of $30.86 on my card. This is not the first time this has happened at this gas station.

I only have one positive thing to say about Kludt and that is their prices are great. Other than that the staff is very rude and I was treated like I was a problem to them instead of being a customer to them. Treat people the way YOU want to be treated when you go into a business!

Do not go to Kludt for your propane needs. In the beginning they were great. But over the years the staff has become extremely rude and disrespectful. They do not fill your propane tank in a timely manner and then try to up charge you. If you set up monthly visits they don’t come and then claim you didn’t set them up. They make the propane experience extremely frustrating. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your propane needs.

I have been doing business with the Kludt Family for over 20 years. You will not find Energy Company in the entire Northern Central Valley. 3 generations of dedicated, fair, and honest business professionals with deep roots in the area.
