Was referred to Evolution by Jeff Kiefer and Brian. Diego and Luis were absolutely amazing. They are the best in the business. Wouldn’t use any one else. My mom is 81 and her air conditioner had completely shut down in the horrible Inland Empire heat. Brian came out same day to check the system and Diego and Luis were there the next day right on time. Thank you so much Jeff for the amazing referral. You’re awesome! This is my mom’s beautiful new air conditioner. By the way, the old conditioner was rotted on the bottom.

They did a great job replacing our furnace and adding A/C to our home. Brian provided a competitive quote and was extremely helpful and straight forward in determining what equipment to use. Excellent work, pricing was competitive, and communication all along the way was amazing. I got bids from 4 different heating and air conditioning companies, and Evolution was the one that had the best combination of pricing, quality of units, and installers.

They sent a team of five who knocked out the job even faster than the time quoted, and even started one day after I signed the contract.

Brian was my sales rep and he provided a huge amount of detail about everything related to the different units, the advantages and disadvantages of the units, and how and why the installation team at Evolution is better than any other companies around.

Rose was my contact at the office, and she was very helpful, answering all of my questions, and sending all of the information I needed.

On installation day, the crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was aware of what was going on at all times. After the installation was complete, they took me around to all of the components, explained what they do, how they work, and how everything was all connected.

All in all, an amazing experience. At the time of writing this, they had a 4.9 overall rating, which I completely understand. I would highly recommend anyone considering using them for any A/C or heating needs.

Amazing Experience

I recently had an excellent experience with Evolution Heating and Air when my heater broke down. Ramon came out first to conduct a thorough diagnostic check, and he was both professional and knowledgeable. The following day, Tim arrived to fix the issue and did an outstanding job. I also want to give a shout-out to Cecilia in the office, who handled the scheduling and addressed all my questions with great patience and clarity. What an amazing company. I needed a total HVAC replacement and relocation of my furnace from the garage to the attic. From beginining to end, this company is as professional as it gets. Brian promptly came to our house to provide a quote and explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. The installers were extremely professional and they were working in my attic during a 96 degree day. Our new system is amazing, and it was one of the best quotes I received from 4-5 companies, while the equipment they provide is among the most highly rated in the industry. Rose has a way of making you feel like you're their only customer and they want to make everything right. I can't recommend Evolution Heating and Air enough.
