While I was inquiring about a some occupancy sensors that were needed for our schools, I made contact with Walters (Will Call Center) and I had the privilege in being connected with Andrew Felix, Counter Supervisor and Mark Gomez, Branch Manager. All though they did not the quantity I needed, their knowledge in products, professionalism, and support was stellar.
Although the phones were ringing; other customers were being assisted, and/ or waiting to be assisted, I never felt rushed. They demonstrated customer care for all. Kudos to Walters and thank you Mr. Felix and Mr. Gomez!

Expensive if you don't have an account. If you do then your not reading this review. Counter sales take a long long time, even if you call in your order. But they will most likely have what your looking for.

They have one lousy purchasing agent who doesn't like vendors to call him! If you call him for the second time to follow up he starts shouting and yelling at callers. Purchasing is his job!!

Some of the worst customer service as well as management especially the pipe bending Department, I can get better answers from a child which in essence shows me that the company can care less as long as some incompetent fool is able to run the department it's okay...
