Martin, I apologize for the quite delayed review! We have had one distraction after another and I hope this review finds you and your hardworking team well. I do want to make sure that your company gets the glowing review you all deserve! Martin and his team were very detailed, prompt, professional and worked with integrity on our install and anything relating to it. Not only that, but Martin has become a friend, due to his personable nature and his bedside manner is so genuinely humble and natural. We will never use another HVAC company as long Martin is there. The prices were very competitive with other estimates, and especially for the quality of work and products offered. Finally, this company follows through to the end results and cares about their clients, for sure! Highly recommend this company!

Raul, the owner, and his team were nothing short of efficient, professional and clean. They arrived early, never left or quit working before the job was done. Everything was completely clean during and after the installation. They installed an air conditioning system and new air cleaning system. Most bids were double his price. He still honered his price several months later as I wanted to wait until spring for installation. I was referred to them by my mother and one of her neighbors. They both raved about his prices and workmanship. I actually don’t like having work done by contractors because there are always issues. Not with Raul. So refreshing to have a contractor that knows what he is doing. Stays with his 5-6 workers all day and actually does the installation. What a surprise! Thank you to Raul and his crew for making this an easy 5-6 hour installation!

We just recently had an install of new Lennox A/C, furnace, air purifier, and duct system with Eco Fresh HVAC and couldn't be happier. Martin was very responsive and helpful as our contact person and his crew was professional, respectful, and punctual. The price was right and the install was done in one day! Raul and his team at Eco Fresh just finished installing a new A/C and heating unit at my house and it was a great experience from start to finish.

When Raul first came to my home, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He thoroughly examined my home and crawled into the attic to fully understand the situation. I asked him a ton of questions and he was happy to answer them. Raul took the time to really explain how things worked which is a big plus in my book.

While he was in my house, he put shoe covers over his boots and placed a drop cloth under my attic access. Other HVAC companies who visited my home didn't take the care and time to do that. When the Eco Fresh team came to my house to install the new system, the first thing they did was place drop cloths over my carpet and placed plastic sheeting over the furniture in the bedrooms. After such a big job you would think the house would be in bad shape, but Raul and his team left the house just as they had found it.

One of the big advantages in selecting Eco Fresh is that Raul and his team can finish the job in one day. This is not an exaggeration. Raul installed an new A/C, furnace (in attic), whole house filter, new ducts, and vents all in one day. Before selecting Raul, I spoke with 4 other HVAC companies and each one of them estimated 3 days to complete the job. I have small children and it would have been difficult to have workers in my house for such a long time, but with Raul's awesome team it was never an issue.

The new system works just as Raul said it would. The heater works so quietly and it heats up the entire two story house in just a matter of minutes. Raul and his team fully tested the system and showed me how to use the new smart thermostat he provided.

Raul and his team were great to work with throughout the entire project. I highly recommend his services. My only regret is not having called him first!

This company is morally and ethically wrong!!!

Martin who is the manager of this HVAC company sent out an AC specialist to come determine if there was a rotten egg smell coming from my AC. Turns out the smell was coming from a sewage leak in the basement. The gentleman took note of this and I asked how I can get a report and he told me to defer back to my property manager.

Unfortunately my property management company is super shady and won't give me anything. I asked martin if he would do the right thing and either provide the report to the me, the city, or my renters insurance company and he said no because they have a contract with drake real estate.

My apartment has been inhabitable since I moved in and I still paid rent. This report was all I needed to finalize my claim so I can be made whole again and move and Martin was very vocal about not being able to help me because he would lose his contract with drake.

I can't imagine why any company would have loyalty working for a company who actively neglects their tenants and have a long recorded history of harassing tenants.

Martin is extremely greedy and I am so disappointed with his lack of help.

We were thrilled with John's communication in the lead-up to our install and felt very confident going in, even though we were absolutely positive they couldn't get the job done in the time they estimated. We were stunned and thrilled when they called us to say they were done an hour early! A full install in a single day! And they did such a tidy, thorough job. They even added a couple things they decided were necessary during the job without going over their estimate. We're now two days out and can't believe the difference having central air has made to the comfort of our home. A very easy recommendation to make!

We had a great experience with John and our HVAC install. We found him through HVAC Nerd, and the process couldn't have been easier. He showed up and gave us an estimate, let us sit with it for a few days, came back to answer questions and sign paperwork, then scheduled the install for a couple days later. On install day, a crew of guys came in and installed a full HVAC system (heat/ac/central air) in ONE DAY. Very happy customer, would recommend.

In October, 2017, I hired EcoFresh to completely rewire our 1927, 1650 square foot house. At the same time, they removed our old Day and Night forced air heater and replaced it with a Daikin, four zone multi-split heating and air-conditioning system.

Martín Herrera, who owns EcoFresh, was an absolute pleasure to work with.

He and his crew showed up on the first day, exactly on time. His crew is mainly family and each is conscientious, friendly, polite and hard working. They put in long days and both the electrical and air conditioning were finished in approximately seven days.

Martín had approximately 5-7 people working each day and the job was done quickly and expertly. During the work day, the job site was extremely well organized and clean. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up so well before leaving that you wouldnʼt know that there was major construction happening in the house.

After the job concluded and the bill had been paid, I noticed that there were a couple of minor items that needed additional attention. Martín immediately sent a worker out to fix the items that we had found. After the fact, we once again found a couple of other minor issues and again, Martín immediately sent a worker out to address our concerns.

Both times when I called to say that we had some outstanding minor details, I got Martínʼs voicemail and I left messages.
Both times Martín returned my call within a few short minutes.

Martín is professional, reliable, pleasant and accommodating and he stands behind his work with both honesty and integrity.

We are in the process of adding a second unit to our property and I hope to have the opportunity to work with Martín on this project, as well.
I highly recommend Martín and EcoFresh for any HVAC or electrical project that you might be considering. I have absolutely no doubt that you will be as pleased with the outcome of your project, as I was with mine.
