I've shopped here a few times for there great low prices. The people are always so friendly. However, there was one experience that irritated me. A gentleman didn't get his coupon applied correctly in the system. It caused a long line and frustration everywhere. All the manager needed to do was an override and apologize to the customers for the inconvenience, but he passed the buck off to the retail clerk working the cash register. She was polite, courteous and amazingly patient. The manager could use some coaching on helping his team when they need him.

If time is money this place is definitely the most expensive grocery store in California. Always understaffed, Lines are so long, and they never have enough cashiers at the register. They refuse to add self check or or hire any more cashiers. DO NOT BUY FROZEN FOOD HERE BECAUSE IT WILL MELT BY THE TIME YOU REACH THE REGISTER!!!!!

Gave my mom a counterfeit $20, she reported it really quickly, within 5-10 minutes of receiving it, and then the manager told her it wasn’t his problem and she wasn’t getting her money back. Then accused her of being a criminal. We will be reporting Food For Less and the manager to the local authorities, and the better business bureau if not resolved through corporate immediately. Can’t even begin to comprehend this level of a negative experience!

Can't beat the prices. Very competitive. Clean Store. They could use a few more checkers during peak times though. Overall a great store with good selection.

I loved the pigs feet. They were cut up. this means they cook a lot faster. Great deals on prices, just like the Kroger at home.

Value for money especially on meats. Store is clean and well organized. Their produce is very fresh although I did not see any organic vegetables. The staff are very friendly. This is a great place to shop on a budget but looking for quality! I highly recommend!👍
