I bought Silicon Power 500GB UD90 NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 SSD R/W up to 5,000/3,850 MB/s (SP500GBP44UD9005) Sold by: Silicon Power USA Inc. It was delivered on 04/06/2024. I paid $58.29
The SSD card did not work at all, I contacted Silicon Power USA Inc. but had not received any reply until 05/06/2024 and the person asked me for the photo of the SSD card, and my receipt, I emailed back to him, but then after a few weeks later, he replied: because it's over 30 days after it was delivered, they only replace. -- I replied him I contacted your company before 30 days, you replied so late with bad intention, it's a intended delay of reply.
This company customer service is very bad and irresponsibale, reply very slow and disrespect costumer, impolite and unreasonable. All of the staff hide behind no anyone give me their names or phone number!! This company is cheating and lying, only stealing customer's money.
Don't buy anything from Silicon Power USA Inc. It's a scamer and thief.

Requested an RMA for defective RAM sticks, sent the items back to the company the first week of December. They haven’t responded to an inquiry about the status of replacement. I contacted Amazon as they sold through Amazon, and learned Silicon Power had been removed from Amazon as a seller due to too many issues/complaints. Way to go Silicon Power….

Terrible company. I would never buy another product from Silicon Power. I bought 64gb Ram kit, one came dead on arrival. I did RMA, and their status page is useless. Their phone support doesn't work, no one answers. I have left voice mails and never got a call back. I email their support and they are useless telling me they are out of stock and will ship one "soon". I've asked what "soon" means with real date and they are not able to provide. Stick with GSkill, Corsair or any other big brand and save your self a headache dealing with these clowns.

Have had great luck with SP products. My trust level is right up there with Western Digital. Give SP a chance, you won’t be disappointed!
