Having gone through multiple quotes over the past year for a/c installation in our sunroom, I came across Sharkaire through Google search.

Not only did they give us a very reasonable quote, they were by far the most honest installers I've come across in recent years. Kaya and his team installed a dedicated circuit for the Mini split a/c from my garage across the ceiling, which was the right way to go instead of a band aid approach that I've seen other installers do.

Moreover, Kaya really went the extra mile in ensuring that we have a city permit too. Highly recommend.

Way better than buying a cheap system on Amazon. Got a WAY better unit installed for the price on install only on a cheap Amazon unit! Daikin for the price of install only!! And they installed in 3 days! And service what they sell!! Wow. Hard to find a good HVAC in the Bay!!

Bought my unit 2 years ago… after 6 months of use started having problems. Service and support was horrible. Would never return my calls, when I did finally get someone they said they don’t replace the unit and needed to know what parts were needed and would check if they could get them ….and need the original receipts and what the problem was. Just ridiculous. Good luck if you bought one and if you have problems.

A no call no show not once but twice for the appointment time we have scheduled to get my split ac/heat unit freon refill.
Robert was the technician that was a no show.
Definitely waste of time dealing with this guy.
