So when it comes to customer service I don't think it gets any better than this company. There are a lot of solar companies out there but I now know why everyone kept telling me to call Air Sun Solar. First off, they were never pushy with me, and actually showed me multiple options and what my potential savings were for each. Secondly, I have a lot of new homes around me that were recently built with solar and mine looks BETTER! It’s just the panels and my roof. All the wiring is in my attic and away from the elements. To round it all out their customer service is unreal. Jason, Daniel and Damien showed up and introduced themselves to me and went over the plans. As they were walking around my house explaining where everything was going, Jason stopped me and said he smelled a gas leak! I never noticed before but called PG&E and they came out and sure enough there was a gas leak (glad I am getting away from PG&E). Jason also took the time to help me with running new wire for my TV through my wall. Everyone I have come in contact with, from my consultant Steve, to Charlie who kept in touch with me for each step, to the crew working on my house was top notch. Thank you Air Sun Solar for giving me faith that there are still companies out there who care and want the best for their customers. Best decision I ever made.

Finally a honest solar company! After researching 8 different companies Air Sun Solar was our number one choice for a few key reasons:

1) They have been in business the longest
2) They have the best products and warranty
3) Came highly recommended
4) They have an in house service department
5) Saved us the most money

So far our experience has been amazing - They delivered on everything they promised and actually took the time to go over our questions and helped us understand the different options out there. They explained both long and short term benefits for each as well. Our install team that came to our house introduced themselves as soon as they arrived and actually helped my wife carry in the groceries! Plus our solar panel system looks great - all the wiring is in our attic and out of the elements. Solid A+ for Air Sun Solar.

Great experience dealing with Austin Livingston and the whole Air Sun team. Austin is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions before I had the chance to ask them. The installation team did a great job. They went the extra mile to make sure there was no visible piping on the roof or house and they got the job done within the time frame they promised. Highly recommend Air Sun to anyone considering solar.
