I’d give them a zero stars if possible.Like most others in these comments, I’ve had nothing but issues with these people and hope they completely start over with staff or lose their contract soon. It pathetic how little they actually do their jobs, then have the audacity to cop an attitude with their customers for trying to get it resolved. ? taft needs other/ better options than this

December 2024. It doesn’t matter if you put your trash out correctly, the driver will tell you one reason why they won’t take your trash, and the lady in the office gives you a complete opposite answer, acts like your lying, or is just rude about the situation. They act like they either are too good to do something or they just don’t want to do their job. It’s ridiculous the amount of times I’ve had to call for things that are things they COULD just fix (the trash being a little far back, the lid being open, etc.) like every other trash collection company in the country. Yet I’m paying for a service every month, that never actually DOES the service, and then charges you MORE for them not doing their job. Taft really needs to explore other options and contracts with different companies ? ( I’d like to also note that this is an every month thing, as you can see)

The trash collector that runs the route on Graydon ave has failed to pick up my cans twice. Both times the woman at WSWM has called me a liar. This place is the worst. I hope they lose their contract

11/7/22 - Upon picking up our trash, the driver dumped the trash from the can but dropped the whole can with it. Then proceeded to crush the can along with everything else. Around six hours later a replacement can had not been delivered so called to the company and was told the driver had reported the can destruction and requested a new one but it would not be delivered until (MAYBE) the next day(11/8). This means finding a place for trash until the replacement is delivered. Not a very good job at satisfying the customer with quality or kack thereof customer service.

lazy and unprofessional. the bare minimum if that. the read the reviews they are all telling the truth. bulk pickup day is a joke, they are so picky and hardly take anything at all. the fridge couldnt be taken because it smelled bad? seriously!!!

Sure was a lot better when Bob was running the show. Now it’s all about profit. Rules changed with no warning. Took the 3-4 minutes to leave a tag on the can saying they wouldn’t pickup because lid was open. Mind you a little wind can blow open the lid. But couldn’t close the lid and dump it. Sure wish we had another service we could use, but unfortunately we are stuck with them because it’s attached to our property taxes!

It's very unfortunate that this business has no competition. The driver that does my route has not taken my trash Monday and again today, and it's happened multiple times in the past. So as usual calling the office does not help, all you will get is a semi rude office person who will "look" at a call log and tell you that the driver called in because your can was not accessible. Then after explaining to her that you were standing on your porch and watched him drive right by she will tell you there is nothing that can be done because the driver is on a different leg of his route. So then if you are not frustrated enough by being called a liar, you can ask to speak to the office manager who is supposed to call you and never will.. Very sad and unfair to those few employees that actually do their job there. The actions of a few bad employees reflect as a whole on a company...

AND YES MY CANS WERE FULLY ACCESSIBLE, MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FROM THE CURB AND ANY NEARBY VEHICLE, AND NOT OVER CAPACITY. IM SURE THIS POST WILL BE TREATED JUST LIKE THEIR CUSTOMERS, IGNORED.

Today on July 5 trash can was out in its usual spot I leave it at the night before In the street by the sidewalk next to the next door trash can. the trash people didn’t pick up trash and called the place and asked them politely If they can pick it up the bin and they told me no and that there was no trash can out. I guess the trash guy was not paying any attention
