Power is off for no reason. Public Safety Power Shutoff but No wind in the forecast. Lots of elderly folks in these canyons having to monkey with generators, I wish these events would be reserved for actual necessities.

Trying to shut off service is a nightmare. For some reason, I received a bill for $.82 After paying my "final bill". Because we had paint our final bill and shut down service, they wouldn't allow for us to pay this $.82 online . The only way to pay it was by phone and there was $1.35 transaction fee. And I'll be damned if I will pay $1.35 to pay $.82. Two cents was a Minimum charge for billing. I can only assume that that was my fault of somebody in the office that didn't shut something down. Press enter on a form. The frustration is real. I've never been satisfied with Pg&e and this only makes it worse.

Had an outage for over 12 hours. There were technicians working to restore power in the neighboring neighborhood, in the back half of my neighborhood, and that's where they decided to stopped. Their outage map said there were 250 individuals affected ---> 180 affected ---> 118 affected ---> 86 affected.

They aren't reimbursing any food that spoiled. They didn't give a reason for why their techs decided to stop. The reason they gave for why there was an outage was the original reason stated on the map. Which doesn't make sense on why they would fix a portion and leave the the rest. Lazy workers. Awful company. Poor customer service

0/10 do not recommend PG&E if you can avoid it.

Confused as to why the power is out yet again when we just had one last week, and they "fixed" the issue supposedly. Last time it was out for about 8 hours. Today's notification shows that they'll provide a restoration time within 24 hours, not that it will be restored?! This company is trash. Get your act together.

Failed to show up to an appointment for setting up gas for a new house I just moved into and tried canceling on us they ended up agreeing to an all day schedule so they’d have to come latest by 8pm they failed to show and have us without gas or anything now.

Visiting my parents All the way from Texas & freaking power goes out. They keep extending the time of when power is going to come back on. This is stupid crazy, y'all need to fix y'all's equipment issues.
So disgusted & disappointed!!!
Don't even deserve the 1 ⭐ either.

My family is absolutely struggling right now with PG&E. We randomly got hit with a ridiculous 5k bill, we tried negotiating and ask for payment plans but with everyone's knowledge of their behavior it didn't go well. We were receiving some supposed help from a third party business but I guess the bill was too gigantic. And now several days from Christmas, we are getting threatened that the electric bill will be cut off so we probably will have no electricity for Christmas going forward unless a miracle happens.
