The front desk staff members are extremely rude! Neither one of them know the company's policies well enough to enforce them. Every time I spoke to someone in that office they told me something completely different than the time before including the balance due and the fees required. Dealing with them is a nightmare. If I could give no stars I would. Completely unprofessional.

You guys need to set up an online payment option. Some people don't have time to be there in person and if you drop a check in the box they don't open it until is late. Plus you don't want people in there because of the stupid virus.
