So I moved from a cable broadband area to a more rural area. Needed to get internet soon. The big companies were of little help, none. I searched on my phone. 8-wire, local company. I must not be the only one with rural type issues. Made an appointment within a few days of the call. Rick showed up bit early, wanted to check if 8-wire could help. He found they could help, installed a couple hours.

Both internet service and customer service is outstanding.
Unlike other internet companies, I get the speeds and uptime that I've paid for. Virtually no lag while my family is gaming or streaming tv/movies at the same time. No other internet provider would supply internet to our area without charging tons of money for installation. Rick and Matt hooked us up same day and for way cheaper.
