Ralph provided the best customer service from the first call I made for information on what they had along with pricing. He never tried to rush to get off the phone. I told him I had spoke with several other places and he provided the best customer service and that is what draws me to make a purchase! We went Saturday and even bought a more expensive zero turn mower because that is what we liked not because he tried to persuade us! We are pleased with the service, our purchase and would definitely use them again! 10/10!!!

Have purchased 3 mowers from 54. Always great service and sales. Always use their winter service program for timely pickup and delivery. If you’re looking for quality mower sales and service check with 54. You’ll be glad you did.

They assisted me in getting my ZT1 Cub Cadet warranty work done. I did not buy my Cub Cadet from 54 but they walked through the process with me. I had tried reaching out to Cub Cadet and they would not answer the phone or social media. I just showed up at 54 with my mower and they got right to the problem with my zero turn.

My ZT1 deck was falling apart in less than 3 years. Cub Cadet has a 3 year warranty which I was able to use. 54 did let me know Cub Cadet could choose not to warranty parts or the whole problem. Luckily they did warranty everything. I did have to pay for new blades but those are expendable items and understand.

It took about 6 weeks for 54 to receive the new deck and components from Cub Cadet. I was informed around week 4 that 54 was waiting on the parts from Cub Cadet. 54 kept me in the loop of the situation.

My take aways from this experience:
1. I would not buy a Cub Cadet ZT1, the deck is horrible and I am sure in the next 3 years I will have to replace it again at my expense.
2. I recommend 54 Lawn & Garden. They assisted me in this entire process.
3. If you are going to buy a mower go to 54 Lawn & Garden if you are looking at brands they sell.
