These guys owe me $30,000 from a sale to a close friend that they didn’t finish the install. I had to and passed the inspection. They never paid me for my sale or work and now I’m gonna have to file and get a criminal embezzlement case started due to the nature of the evidence uncovered.

I’ve given them multiple chances to pay but Joffre Bolta went into hiding ignoring calls and Matthew Gee the same thing. They have no money. They steal money from people who have sales and never pay them. This is a bigger case then people realize and if I’m not paid in 30 days I’ll be starting some serious legal.

Stay as far away from these scammers as possible!!!

Warning! Do not do business! I am sad to write this review after the original post. If I have another chance to pay more and go with a known company... I will! They say you pay for what you get!
Joffrey was there in the beginning, but when something was wrong, customer service did not existed. My Inverter stopped working since 1/1/23, 6 months of back and forth texting, and it takes weeks to reply giving hopes that things can still be done. I've spent 6 months of chasing from promises from both Joffrey and Matt, who continue to tell me they are waiting for Solaredge to send a new Inverter... week over week, I get no response, then a short update, then nothing again! The sad part is I even referred my own brother, and now I am SO afraid if something goes wrong with his solar that he is now stranded with no help in the future! I even filed BBB, and they have ignored that also!
I've attached a screenshot of a last communication.
I would never recommend this company and will be finding my own resources to get it fix, then I will be taking them to small claim court with all this will cost!

these guys Joffre and Mathew will scam you completely. the other reviews are 100% true. i took them to court, they lost, and now owe me 10,000 plus court fees. run as far as you can from these guys they do not have a moral compass.

Spent 5 months of bad communication attempting to get a project through for a homeowner. 5 star solar pros no showed on 2 different dates and then basically forced a cancelled project. Matthew won’t text you back for days and when he does it’s short and didn’t answer any questions. Terrible customer service.
