I had the most wonderful day at 4 Elements! My services included: whole body with local cryotherapy and the lymphatic therapy - all amazing with surprising results.
The ladies were outstanding - I was given a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of all therapy services. Absolutely loved the sterile cleanness, fresh smell, and interior decoration that was put thoughtfully and tastefully together. I would highly recommend this place.

So far so good - Their halo therapy room is nice, so I bought 14 one hour sessions. I tried their Wellness Sampler. It's fantastic. What a great deal! If you're new to taking care of yourself at this level, try it. As a plus, they've been able to fit me in every time I called, and their staff is so professional and kind. I love this place. I wish I'd started coming here sooner.

Such an amazing experience from booking the appointment and meeting Susan who showed me in detail every treatment service. But the best part of the whole experience was the Cryotherapy, I didn't plan on using that service but glad that I did. I enjoyed my first time and definitely won't be my last!

Amazing experience. I love the salt cave to relax and purify my lungs. I am addicted to the infrared treatments and the whole body cryotherapy, very effective to detoxify and ease pain. I have seen amazing results with the facial cryotherapy too. Very nice and well trained staff in a very beautiful and clean facility

I have been going to 4 Elements Wellness Spa weekly since August. I am currently going through chemotherapy and a friend referred me for the NanoVi technology services. The appointments are very relaxing, the staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the cutting-edge technology and how it all works. Susan is amazing. She is very friendly and has a soothing, calming way about her. The appointments are very relaxing, the staff is wonderful. The salt room is beautiful and relaxing also. The spa is very clean and inviting. They also have beautiful gifts for purchase in the reception area!

4 Elements spa is the best kept secret In Princeton. When you walk through the door the experience is inviting relaxing peaceful and friendly. Susan is amazing at getting you to feel calm and relaxed. I recently went in so stressed in tears from a accident and Sylvia the owner was so caring and thoughtful she took the time to help me 3 hours later I felt like a different person. Everyone from staff to the owner are truly amazing people. I highly recommend this spa it's a great experience
