Many of us have reported on the lack of sanitation in this pool area and steam/ sauna(S) rooms. They need immediate attention. The (S)rooms need to be pressure washed. Bench removed and remove all the grimy build-up. Also, it's not that hard to have the morning person do some re racking and trash removal. There is a female, Monica, that does actually work when we see her here. But she is the only one that we've noticed caring. Sometimes the sanitation stations are empty of paper towels and/or the spray. THE POOL AREA....YUCK!!! There are worms in the trenches by the pool entrance. [Video] I really hope changes are made so I and update this at a later date. 1/14/25

My experience at 24 hr fitness has been great for my physical condition. Greg the manager and staff have been very helpful and are always there to answer questions. The equipment is in great condition. I like this gym because there is always people working out and looking out for each other. The gym is great and I love the pool. Thanks Greg.

My membership at 24 hour fitness has been a great addition to my fitness journey.
I signed up for a monthly personal trainer session because of a promotion (not truly planning on keeping it). Working with Coach Michael, however, has made such a huge impact on my gains!
I've gained over 10lbs of lean muscle in the past 3 months, implementing the workouts he teaches me in the sessions. I would definitely recommend signing up for some sessions with him.

The pool is really dirty. I have been a swimmer my whole life and never encountered as cloudy of a pool. There is always hair floating, trash, and the locker rooms are never clean. For the price, and amenities, it could be a decent gym. Often find janitors and staff sitting in the locker rooms on their phones, when toilets are flooded, and showers are disgusting. Just please hire more cleaning staff!

The men’s bathroom is an absolute disaster. Everyone does not have the same sanitary habits, but it’s just down right nasty. Crap on one seat, orange peels on the other stall, and pee on the next. The sink area was nasty as well. They need staff to maintain a clean gym floor , equipment and bathroom consistently. The one staff member at the desk was cool and the overall vibe is cool, but yea this gym needs some cleaning BAD.

Alright… after reading these reviews. I had to leave one because, I’ve never seen so many people complain and nitpick over the stupidest things. This is a PUBLIC GYM! That is fairly priced for everything they offer. This isn’t some gym that’s charging you 100 per person for a membership. Could it be cleaner? Yes, but once again it’s a 24/7 PUBLIC GYM lol it’s not gonna be the cleanest at all times. Find me one public gym that’s not overpriced & absolutely clean all the time or most of the time. If everybody who used the gym acted like adults & cleaned up after themselves it wouldn’t be so bad. My goodness, when it comes to public service places restaurants, gyms, stores etc;. People who genuinely get a kick out of trying to find something to complain about truly are annoying, & genuinely need some attention or help lol. This is a nice, fairly clean gym with most up to date equipment. You can find anything here for any type of workout. My favorite part about this specific location, is how small and intimate it is because it’s a perfect size to be in your own little world. Whereas most 24 Hour locations are too big for my liking. I’d give this gym a solid 7 or 8 out of 10. Thoroughly enjoy coming here.

After writing the review below, I have seen Improvement in the cleanliness in the gym as well as the trash being emptied etc.
I'm bumping the rating up to a 3 and will go to 4 if they keep this up. Like I said below, this is a great layout, location and has great potential to be an excellent gym.

This gym would be great if they would clean it regularly and take out the trash etc.
please start vacuuming the gym area and cleaning the locker rooms.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Greg the manager is courteous and is very helpful. I am a senior and had problems with my membership getting cancelled by my insurance provider. He took the time to reinstate my membership and answered all my questions. So glad I joined.
