I called 10-10 and Eddie came out. A very nice guy very helpful, answered every question and was very knowledgeable. Eddie found the source of my problem and came up with a solution very quickly. He found one additional potential problem, something I never even noticed. The repair he suggested was straight forward and made sense.
When they came back to do the repairs. Oh, I had two roof leaks, both caused by a poor installation of a metal roof. That company is no longer in business. My roof repairs where completed very quickly and look great.
I guess the biggest part of all this is, 10-10 told me what they could do to fix my problem and they did what they said. There were no last minute additional cost.
I would recommend them to everyone.
Eddie made the whole process easy.
And the price was good,
Looking back, I just would have been better off, if I had them install my roof originally.

Great experience with 10.10 last week. I called them for a gutter repair referral b/c they had done my roof a few years ago. To my surprise, they also do gutters and sent someone out the next day. Because it was such an easy fix they did it at no charge. I really appreciated the honesty and will use them when it’s time to replace the gutters.

1010 Contracting did a great job for me on a 23-year old deck that had begun to pull away from the house. Eddie and the team evaluated the situation and once we decided on replacement, they went to work quickly to build the new, safe, deck. The key for us is that all through the process, Eddie kept us informed of when each stage of the work would begin and walked us through each step along the way. We love the new deck and will be calling 1010 on the next project… this was already the second after replacing our roof a couple of years ago.

Eddie was present to entire length of the roof replacement ensuring the contracted crew performed to expectation. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and much thanks to the intuitive software used to visually interpret what our home will look like before a single.shingle goes on.
